About

This is a blog on which I shall record my thoughts on matters concerning Christianity and my own personal walk with God. I only expect to post on it from time to time. I mainly started it because deep and meaningful posts don’t really belong on my other blog, My Opinions Are Important.

Why “The Second Day”? According to Genesis 1, the second day of creation is the only day that God did not pronounce as “good” or “very good”. So, apparently God had an off day! I’m sure we can all relate šŸ™‚

Mate, I love your ideas of creating “The Second Day” blog! I shall be obliged to comment on it from time to time and indeed very pleased to post this very first comment quoted from the Book of Revelation” 21:1-2

“Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.”

Off day means God stop talking? As God created the new world by His Word, did Him?

Ah, but God is always speaking! Although I’m not sure what you meant by that last couple of sentences.
